Pole Dance / Sport

Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 90 minute sessions starting with a warm-up, continue with technical movements and strength training, finishing with dance routines and acrobatics and cool down. Pole Dance classes deliver a great cardiovascular workout, strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Beginners should start with Pole 0 and once you have acquired strength, flexibility and basic techniques through our professionally developed syllabus, you will be invited to move to the next level. Classes range from levels 0 to IV.

Shorts and tops sleeveless are recommended. Contact us to book for your first class.

Aerial Silks

Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 90 minute sessions. Aerial Silks offers you a graceful way to express yourself as you climb and wrap your body in the silks, creating strong and elegant lines. Come experiment in a new freedom as you leave the ground and challenge your body and mind to move like never before

Aerial Hoop

Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 90 minute sessions. Aerial Hoop Bring out the circus acrobat in you! Come and play on the hoop! This class will teach you the basics of Aerial Hoop with a short choreography. Develop your strength, flexibility and beautiful lines!

Strength and Flexibility

To build the strength and flexibility you need to improve in your pole, silks or hoop class. In this class you will learn, the proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility and take it to the next level, using active and static stretches. Open to all levels

Freestyle

Open pole for you to be able to practice the movements you are working one. Available only for pole dance students with a monthly pass
