Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 90 minute sessions starting with a warm-up, continue with technical movements and strength training, finishing with dance routines and acrobatics and cool down. Pole Dance classes deliver a great cardiovascular workout, strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Beginners should start with Pole 0 and once you have acquired strength, flexibility and basic techniques through our professionally developed syllabus, you will be invited to move to the next level. Classes range from levels 0 to II.
Shorts and tops sleeveless are recommended. Contact us to book for your first class.
